Onyx Renewables Announces Pamela Sutton-Hall as Chief Legal Officer

New York, New York – February 5, 2023 – Onyx Renewables, a national provider and financier of clean energy solutions for commercial and industrial businesses, is pleased to announce that Pamela Sutton-Hall has joined the company as Chief Legal Officer.

Pamela Sutton-Hall brings significant expertise to Onyx, most recently having served as Chief Financial Officer at HomeWorks Energy, a Boston-based energy efficiency company, where she led both the firm’s legal and finance functions. Sutton-Hall also served as Vice President, Finance for Noble Environmental Power, a private equity-backed wind energy owner / operator, and as Managing Director for American Electric Power.

Her background includes overseeing all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, insurance, tax and legal. In her previous role at HomeWorks Energy, she successfully implemented and upgraded financial systems and controls, executed M&A transactions and improved financial reporting. In previous roles at Noble Environmental Power and American Electric Power, she leveraged expertise in capital markets, project finance, banking and regulatory affairs to support the development and expansion of renewable energy portfolios.
