My role is to deliver financing solutions to support our clean energy product offering, lead the firm’s M&A efforts, and report Onyx’s financial activities to our investors.
Prior to Onyx, I worked at Blackstone Advisory Partners in the M&A and structured solutions group, where I advised Blackstone private equity investors and Fortune 500 companies on capital raises, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Before Blackstone, I worked in private equity at Portfolio Advisors, and began my career at Banc of America Securities in the Global Natural Resources Investment Banking group.
